Holland & Associates Realty is a property management company that was founded in the Eden, North Carolina area in 1984. Over the last 30 years, we’re incredibly proud to have become the largest property management company in that area. We didn’t get there overnight, however – far from it. Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither was Holland & Associates Realty.
We’ve been able to achieve great success in this industry because we have never lost focus of the business element that matters the most – our customers. Communication is a necessity and we pride ourselves on the fantastic (and unparalleled) level of customer service that we’re capable of offering. 95% of the homes that we offer are single family homes, though some duplexes are also available for people to choose from depending on their needs.
